Zombies is a mode in Hood Warfare (2023, Steam app 2274510) by Trapstar Games. Hood Warfare 2’s store page does not list it among the six modes.

I traced zombies through the original game’s Steam news, not through a sequel trailer. A 22 November 2023 post describes four-player co-op where the gangs team up against an outbreak on Detroit streets. The 26 November 2023 post puts the first version on the abandoned school, with points to open areas and buy weapons, plus an easter egg. The 16 August 2024 post (v0.23) adds Detroit Penitentiary. I have not played the mode. I am not writing a boss route beyond the steps that post actually lists.
Abandoned school (November 2023)
The first zombies version reuses the abandoned school. You spend points to open the map and to buy weapons. The studio mentioned an easter egg and did not publish the steps. I will not fill those steps in from memory of other zombie games.
Detroit Penitentiary (16 August 2024)
v0.23 adds Detroit Penitentiary, described as about four times the school map, with four cell blocks. The post names faster red “fent” zombies, “fire” zombies after round 15, more than 100 zombie voice lines, and a fent dragon boss. Starting that boss means collecting fent pickups and starting a fent reactor. The note suggests four players. The same update raised the multiplayer level cap of the 2023 game to 50 and added an AK47-Bluefire skin at level 50. That cap is for the original game.
Hood Warfare 2 does not include this mode
People search “hood warfare 2 zombies” because the first game had the mode. The sequel’s six modes are Turf War, GangBang, Chaos, Hit A Lick, Destroy The Block, and Chain Snatch. A Steam thread asks if zombies will return. As of 13 October 2026 the news feed had no yes.

Is zombies in Hood Warfare 2?
No. It is not in the sequel’s mode list. It remains a 2023-game mode unless a future patch says otherwise.
How do you start the dragon boss?
The 16 August 2024 note says to collect fent pickups and start the fent reactor, and it suggests a full group of four. It does not publish a step-by-step route.
